Anterior capsule staining during cataract surgery

REmark® C is a sterile solution containing riboflavin in combination with trypan blue indicated for the staining of the anterior capsule during cataract surgery. Product for professional medical use only.

REmark® VTR-VM is a sterile ophthalmic solution used in vitreoretinal surgery for staining the vitreous in diabetic retinopathy and tractional retinal detachment. Product for professional medical use only.

  • Precise visualization: improved visualization compared with Triamcinolone-based products for effective and safer procedures
  • Reduced surgical complications: thanks to riboflavin, protects the vitreal cells from UV and blue light sources during the procedures. Compared with Triamcinolone-based products, it does not leave granules within the endovitreal cavity and avoids post-surgical hypertone
  • Safe: no biological or pharmacological effect. Absence of cytotoxic effects demonstrated by tests carried out on retinal cells (ARPE19)
